  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Cup
  • 1 Wieghing Scale
  • 1 Spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Mixed Fruit
  • 2 Cups Chocolate Milk
  • 0.5 Cup Baileys Liquer
  • 2 Cups Self Raising Flour
  • 150 grms Glacé Cherries Optional

Instructions
 

  • Soak the fruits in milk and Baileys for 24 hours.
  • Fold in the flour.
  • Set the slow cooker to low heat and line it with 2-3 layers of baking paper both around it and underneath. (I also double a long strip and place it first to make it easier to remove when cooked).
  • Pour the batter into the slow cooker and even it out.
  • Cook on low for 7-8 hours with a tea towel under the lid. It’s that easy!
