I had the pleasure of visiting the Three Hills Community Cafe in Knocknashee today, and it was a delightful experience! The homemade carrot cake was simply divine—moist, rich in flavor, and topped with the perfect amount of frosting and walnuts. It had just the right balance of sweetness, making each bite a joy.

Although the coffee machine gave me a bit of a short measure, the kind volunteer quickly rectified it with a top-up, which was much appreciated. The warm and welcoming atmosphere at the cafe, coupled with friendly and attentive service, made the visit even more enjoyable.

If you’re passing through Knocknashee, this little gem is well worth a stop. A perfect place for a cozy chat with some excellent homemade treats!
